Meet Gretchen
Gretchen enjoys working with adults and adolescents. She tends to work with those struggling with relationships, faith identity, depression, anxiety, and managing difficult emotions.
Gretchen values overall wellness. These values influence her approach as a therapist. When not working with clients, she enjoys rock climbing and hiking with her dog. Additionally, Gretchen enjoys working with guides, search & rescue members, and any other person who may have experienced trauma from recreating.
